What is RF ?
RF is Radio Frequency, usually abbreviated as RF. It indicates the electromagnetic frequency that can be radiated into space, and the frequency range is from 300 KHz to 30 GHz. RF for short RF is radio frequency current, which is a short name for high-frequency alternating-current electromagnetic waves. Alternating current that changes less than 1,000 times per second is called low-frequency current, and high-frequency current is greater than 10,000 times, and radio frequency is such a high-frequency current. The cable television system uses radio frequency transmission.
In electronics theory, a current flows through a conductor, and a magnetic field is formed around the conductor; an alternating current passes through the conductor, and an alternating electromagnetic field is formed around the conductor, called an electromagnetic wave. When the frequency of the electromagnetic wave is lower than 100 KHz, the electromagnetic wave will be absorbed by the surface and cannot form an effective transmission. We call high-frequency electromagnetic waves with long-distance transmission capabilities radio frequency, and radio frequency technology is widely used in the field of wireless communications.
Working principle of EAS

Resonance principle: The transmitting antenna transmits a modulated F signal. When the signal passes through L (inductance), the inductor generates a current and charges C (capacitance); when the inductor is discharged and the capacitor reaches a certain level, the capacitor starts to discharge, so repeatedly. Because L and C are fixed, there is a certain law of charge and discharge, that is, time is constant, which means that it has a natural frequency. When this natural frequency is exactly the same as the frequency emitted by the transmitting antenna, the signal is superimposed and continuously enhanced to reach the strongest, which is resonance.
When the signal generated by the resonance is received by the receiving antenna and amplified, it is transmitted to the single-chip microcomputer or DSP for processing. When the signal strength is large enough, an alarm output is generated. (Now the detection antenna is more intelligent, and some devices can identify the radio wave characteristics generated by different tags)
The requirements of EAS installation
Site requirements
1. The site where the EAS system is installed is generally floor tiles, concrete floor, plastic floor, etc. Do not use glass finishes or aluminum alloy floors. Wooden floors may need to be exposed.
2. As far as possible, do not install large electrical equipment around the site where the EAS system is installed, such as air conditioners, freezers, generators, motors, etc. Do not place some children's amusement facilities near the EAS system. If it is unavoidable, stay as far away as possible. Generally The nearest place should be more than 2 meters.
3. Do not lay wires and cables within 2 meters of the ground around the site where the EAS system is installed. Straighten the wires and cables as much as possible in the ceiling directly above and within a short distance, and do not make circles.
4. It is recommended that the door frame be made of pure glass. Avoid using a door with a metal frame as much as possible. The actual image is determined by the site conditions. Special systems and accessories can be customized in special cases.
5. If floor tiles are laid on the ground, the floor tiles should be solid, with no voids or less in the middle (the floor tiles may be damaged when the floor tiles are laid unevenly and drilled).
Power requirements

1. Connect a 220V power supply from the main power distribution cabinet to the vicinity of the EAS system power supply.

2. Have a good ground. The voltage between the ground and the neutral should be less than 0.5V.

Pre-wiring requirements

The pre-wiring is generally a connection line and a power line, both of which need to use a two-core shielded wire of 0.5 or more.
