A: We are an 8 years experience manufacturer, and we will give you a factory price, and support OEM and ODM service.
2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? 
A: Our factory is located in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China. Welcome to visit us! 
3. Q: What is your MOQ? 
A: Any quantity is acceptable for your order. And the price is negotiable for large quantities.
4. Q: When will you make the delivery?
A: We can make the delivery within 3-7 working days according to the size of your order.
5. Q: I received products that are different from the pictures, how can I do it?
A: Color differences exist due to lighting and the use of different monitors. We will send the samples to you for confirmation before mass production. If you are not satisfied with it, please contact me or our salesperson for a solution.
6. Q: I received the item in broken, what should I do?
A: Every item before shipping is well inspected. Though they are well packed, sometimes damage can`t be avoided because of the rough handling during shipping. In this case, please contact me and send the pictures to me, let me know the quantity which is broken, and we will resend them to you with the next order.
7. Q: What is your after-sale service?
